We run sessions in enclosed, single‑person office spaces either in our own facility or in one of our secure partner facilities. Just let us know your location preference when booking.

Candidates work on our hardware loaded with a hardened browser inside a private office. Optionally, a trained proctor oversees the session from the same room. All equipment, setup, and teardown are included.

Yes. Before every session, we perform a government‑issued ID check to confirm the candidate's identity.

Absolutely. You can opt in to record (or stream) via webcam and/or a second camera capturing the candidate and their screen from multiple angles for audit, training, or compliance purposes.

1) Candidate checks in; we verify their ID. 2) Proctor greets the candidate and launches the hardened‑browser laptop. 3) Session runs for the booked duration; recordings (if selected) begin. 4) At session end, candidate signs off and our staff securely upload recordings.

After the session, recordings (if requested) and proctor notes will be sent to the person who booked the reservation. Download or stream on demand.

As of now, your recruiting team should communicate the details of the session with the candidate. In the near future, we will be able to confirm details and relay all session information directly to the candidate on your behalf.
